Patricia A. O'Neill, 81, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Aug. 9, 2010, at Saint Francis Medical Center.

She was born Jan. 24, 1929, in New York City, to Joseph and Bertha Munro O'Neill.

O'Neill had lived in Cape Girardeau since 1995. She was a volunteer at Southeast Missouri Hospital several years.

Survivors include a son, Edward Corrigan of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Kathleen D. Gibbons of Las Vegas, Deidre Jensen of Virginia Beach, Va.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

All services will be private.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
