SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Patricia Maxine Netteler of Martinez, Calif., was held Thursday at Connelly and Taylor Mortuary in Martinez.

Graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston, with the Rev. Greg Robertson officiating.

Nunnelee Funeral Chapel is in charge of local arrangements.

Netteler, 76, died Tuesday, June 11, 1996, at Kaiser Hospital in Martinez.

She was born Jan. 15, 1920, in St. Louis, daughter of Henry and Eva Love Hovis. She and Sylvester Netteler were married 25 years. He died in 1974.

Netteler was a licensed practical nurse at Missouri Delta Medical Center 10 years, and also worked at Shuffit Nursing Homes in Charleston and Sikeston. She attended First Baptist Church in Martinez.

Survivors include a son, John Netteler of Sikeston; three granddaughters, and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother.
