Patricia Moore

Patricia D. Moore, 70, of St. Louis, formerly of Cape Girardeau, beloved wife and devoted mother and grandmother, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, Aug. 4, 2017, in St. Louis, where she had recently moved.

She was born May 31, 1947 in Cape Girardeau to the late Clarence and Maedene Cloninger Poston. Clarence later married Louise Poston and Patricia was raised as one of her own.

Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, David Moore; sons, Charles (Jennifer) Moore and Patrick Moore; three granddaughters, Anais Moore, Chloe Moore and Miranda Unterreiner; brother, Lonnie Griffin (Janie) of Mayfield, Kentucky; and sister, Sharon (Bill) Wooldridge of Jackson; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant son, Michael Ray Moore.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.

Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to Cape County Cowboy Church.
