DEXTER, Mo. -- Patricia K. Brickhaus, 51, of Dexter, formerly of Perryville, Mo., died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2005, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born July 29, 1954, at Perryville, daughter of Walter Mathew and Mildred Flora Ochs Brickhaus.
Brickhaus taught seventh grade 28 years at T.S. Hill Middle School in Dexter.
She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church at Dexter, its choir and was church organist. She was a member of Friedenburg Lutheran Historical Society, NCTM, MSTA, secretary of Voters Assembly, CTA Building Representative, teacher at Southeast Missouri State University and Three Rivers Community College.
Survivors include two brothers, Allen Brickhaus of Golconda, Ill., Glen Brickhaus of Perryville; and a sister, Margaret Brickhaus of Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville from 4 to 8 p.m. today, and Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Faith Lutheran Church in Dexter, with the Revs. Adam Mueller and Michael Mathey officiating. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Perryville.
