Patricia Mae "Pat" Bollinger, 83, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015, at Saint Francis Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 1, 1931, in St. Louis, to Thomas and Goldie Wideman Donoghue. She and Talmadge "Tony" Bollinger were married June 7, 1958, in St. Louis.
While living in St. Louis, Pat was an IBM operator with American Insurance, and then was secretary at HEIMO Produce Co., where her husband worked. In 1967 she and Tony moved to Advance, Missouri, where she opened the Old Hilltop Inn, south of Advance, retiring in 1981.
After retirement, she and Tony moved to Kentucky and enjoyed pontooning at Kentucky Lake. In 2003 they moved to Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include her husband, Talmadge "Tony" Bollinger of Cape Girardeau; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Thomas Donoghue; and a sister, Eileen Bradford.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating. Burial will be in Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield, Missouri.
