Pat Donaldson

Pat Donaldson, 85, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016, at Ratliff Care Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Dec. 22, 1930, in Delta to Dan and Ruth Montgomery Hiett. She and Millard "Bill" Donaldson were married Dec. 23, 1950, at Piggott, Arkansas. Bill preceded her in death in May 2009.

Pat had attended Maple United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau. She had been in banking in Cape Girardeau about 40 years.

She is survived by her brother Harry (Helen) Hiett of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Peggy (John) Garnett of St. Louis and Carolyn Ossick of Marietta, Georgia; sister-in-law, Billie Hiett of Advance, Missouri; two nieces, Jan (Kenny) McFerron and April (Paul) McFerron; four nephews, Randy (Garia) Hiett, Wayne (Pam) Hiett, Brad (Brenda) Hiett and Jason (Dasia) Ossick; several great-nieces and nephews; and several great-great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Douglas Hiett.

Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Eric Shrum officiating.

Burial will be at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
