MORLEY, Mo. -- Pansy Sue Campbell, 80, of Morley passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017, in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Oct. 12, 1936, in Morley to the late Hiram and Myrtle May Dockins Warner. She married John Thomas Campbell Sr. on Dec. 26, 1956, and he preceded her in death Jan. 1, 1987.
Pansy was a retired secretary for the Scott County Central School. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Morley and of Sikeston Eagles No. 3319.
Survivors include a son, John Thomas Campbell Jr. of Cape Girardeau; two nieces, Anna Williams of Chaffee, Missouri, and Sandra Boyce of Eureka, Missouri; and three nephews, Raymond Chaney and Kenneth Chaney, both of Bethalto, Illinois, and Alan Chaney of Detroit.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister, Thelmar Patterson, Gilbert Chaney, Norma Jean Cook and M.C. Chaney.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. David Thompson officiating. Burial will be at New Morley Cemetery in Morley.
