Pamela Sue Young, 62, of Jackson, passed away Thursday, Dec. 31, 2020 at her home.

She was born July 20, 1958, in Farmington, Missouri, daughter of Charles Edward and Esther Ruth Ritze Decker. She and Terry Young were married November 15, 1975 in Cape Girardeau. He survives.

She owned and operated Cape Janitorial Supply in Cape Girardeau and Beaver Janitorial Supply in Sikeston. She also enjoyed swimming and going to the casinos; but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family. Her employees were like extended family to her.

Loving survivors include her husband of 45 years, two sons, Terry (Alicha) Young,Jr. and Robert (friend, Shelly) Young both of Jackson, and a daughter, Christina Young of Jackson, two grandchildren, Valerie Young and Kadence Young both of Jackson.

Also surviving are two sisters, Linda (Mike) Cravens of Tucson, Az and Sandy Decker of St. Louis, two brothers, Charles “Chuck” (Becky) Decker, Jr. of Cape Girardeau and John (Donna) Decker of Tulsa, Ok, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 5, 2021 from 11 am until service time at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.

Funeral service will be at 1 pm, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Elijah Allen officiating.

Interment will follow in Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.

Memorials may take the form of contributions to the American Lung Association.
