Pamela Burks

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Pamela C. Burks, 65, daughter of the late Robert C. and Alma Sue Crowden Jackson, was born July 9, 1956, in Cape Girardeau and departed this life Monday, Dec. 13, 2021, at the Chaffee Nursing Center.

On Aug. 2, 1998, she was united in marriage to Robert Earl Burks in Benton, Missouri. He survives of the home in Chaffee.

She was of the Baptist faith and was the former owner/operator of Big E's Bar and Grill in Chaffee.

Besides her husband, survivors include two sons, Korey Greenwood of Noble, Illinois, and Mason Reid of Cape Girardeau; brother, Jeff Van-Blaracun of Honolulu, Hawaii; four sisters, Pattie Friga, Rene Wilhite and Stefanie Uhrhan, all of Chaffee, and Paulette Guidry of El Reno, Oklahoma; and six grandchildren.

Besides her parents, Pamela was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Jackson.

No services will be conducted at this time.
