WHITEWATER -- Funeral for Owen R. Fletcher of Olive Branch, Miss., will be held at 2 p.m. today at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch. Burial will be in Blocker Cemetery at Olive Branch.

Fletcher, 65, died Friday, May 5, 2000, at Baptist Hospital East.

He retired as a communication line gang foreman with Burlington Northern Railroad. He was a recreational business associate with Bill Brady. Fletcher was a 32nd Degree Mason.

Survivors include his wife, Roberta; a daughter, Linn Rhodes of Whitewater; a son, Jeffrey Fletcher of Olive Branch; two grandsons; and a great-grandson.
