OTIS BURLEY

ATLANTA -- Otis Burley, 42, of Atlanta died Saturday, March 8, 1997, at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta.

He was born Aug. 24, 1954, in Advance, son of Leroy and Ruth Wheeler Burley. He was a sheet metal fabricator and a member of the New Home Baptist Church.

He is survived by one daughter, Ann Dorsey of Sikeston; three brothers, David Burley and Alfred Franklin, both of Oran, and Donald Lee Jones of Cairo, Ill.; and three sisters, Bernice Muldrew of Peoria, Ill., Lucy May Mays of Paducah, Ky., and Mary Ruth Eatmon, of Grand Rapids, Mich.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to time of service Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran. Funeral service is 2 p.m. Saturday at the chapel with the Rev. Bessie Jones officiating. Burial will be in Haywood City Cemetery.
