CHAFFEE -- Opal V. Lauck, 83, of Springfield, Ill., died Tuesday, Oct. 17, 1995, at Villa Healthcare East in Sherman, Ill.
She was born June 16, 1912, in Fornfelt, daughter of William and Dorothy Pryor Walls. She and Anthony J. Lauck were married Dec. 23, 1944.
Lauck owned and operated Fleetwood Restaurant in Springfield from 1957-93. She was a member of Church of the Little Flower in Springfield.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Daniel Lauck of Spaulding, Ill.; a daughter, Linda Howard of Sherman; three grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 5 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Normand Varone officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.
