Oma E. Anderson, 87, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, Sept. 7, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born Oct. 14, 1907, near Advance to Wiley and Carrie Winchester.
She married Lee Harvey Anderson in January 1927. The two owned and operated grocery stores in Cape Girardeau for many years. She later worked for 7-11 convenience stores in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include two sons, Myron "White" Anderson of Cape Girardeau and William Anderson of Overland Park, Kan.; a sister, Velma Tropf of Advance; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, a brother, a sister and a grandson.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Ford and Sons Funeral Home on Mount Auburn Road in Cape Girardeau.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating. Burial will follow in Dongola Cemetery in Dongola, Ill.
