Ollie Wille, 84, of Jackson passed away Saturday, July 19, 2003, at his home in Jackson. He was born March 19, 1919, at Tilsit, the son of William F. and Annie Roloff Wille. He married Lottie Jane Friese Oct. 9, 1943, and she survives. Also surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Jane Wille of Whitewater; two grandchildren, Joshua and Tonja Wille, both of Springfield, Mo.; and a sister, Esther Schaefer of Jackson...

Ollie Wille, 84, of Jackson passed away Saturday, July 19, 2003, at his home in Jackson.

He was born March 19, 1919, at Tilsit, the son of William F. and Annie Roloff Wille.

He married Lottie Jane Friese Oct. 9, 1943, and she survives.

Also surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Jane Wille of Whitewater; two grandchildren, Joshua and Tonja Wille, both of Springfield, Mo.; and a sister, Esther Schaefer of Jackson.

He was preceded in death by four brothers, a half brother and two half sisters.

Ollie moved to Jackson in 1926 from Tilsit. He worked for the former Cape County Milling Co., the Tom Quade Plumbing Co. and International Shoe Co. in Jackson for 20 years, retiring in 1981.

Ollie was an avid fisherman and enjoyed his time on the banks of Whitewater Creek at Burfordville.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at McComb Funeral Home in Jackson.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. The Rev. Janet Hopkins will officiate, with burial in Russell Heights Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Southeast Hospice or the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
