PERRYVILLE -- Funeral service for Oliver H. Versemann of Perryville will be held at 2 p.m. today at Immanuel Lutheran Church. The Rev. Jeffrey Lloyd will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 6:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Versemann, 80, died Wednesday, May 25, 1994, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
He was born Feb. 10, 1914, in Perry County, son of Joseph and Lena Brueckner Versemann. He and Ruby M. Bock were married June 15, 1957. She died May 3, 1991.
Versemann was a retired welder/torch cutter at Crane Co. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and Teamsters Union.
Survivors include two sons, Rev. Matthew Versemann of Herman, Minn., Henry Versemann of Hillsboro; two brothers, Joseph Versemann of Friend, Neb., Harold Versemann of Denver, Colo.; a sister, Delores Harrelson of Hot Springs Village, Ark., and a grandchild.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
