ODES MORSE

BELL CITY -- Funeral service for Odes "Square" Morse of Bell City will be held at 3 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. The Rev. Gene West will officiate, with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery near Bell City.

Morse, 83, died Thursday, Oct. 26, 1995, at his home.

He was born Nov. 8, 1911, at Bell City, son of Armstrong and Alice Abner Morse. He and Delsie Thompson were married July 19, 1936, at Bell City.

Morse was a retired farmer.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Wanda Collins of Fort Pierce, Fla., and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
