NOVELLA SIELERT

DEXTER -- Funeral service for Novella Sielert of Dexter will be held at 7 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. Vaughn Wright will officiate. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Sunday in Dexter Cemetery.

Sielert, 94, died Thursday, Jan. 13, 1994, at Dexter Nursing Center.

She was born April 27, 1899, at Leora, daughter of George W. and Shabe Lewis Varble. She and Louie E. Sielert were married March 1, 1916, at Acorn Ridge. He died Dec. 4, 1965.

Sielert was a member of First Christian Church.

Survivors include a son, Varble "Bud" Sielert of Kansas City; a daughter, Willena Daniel of Dexter; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother.
