JACKSON, Mo. -- Funeral for Norman E. Wille of Jackson will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson. The Rev. David Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.
Wille, 68, died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
He was born May 26, 1932, in Jackson, son of Ernest and Opal Clifton Wille. He and Grace Gilliland were married April 6, 1961.
Wille attended Jackson schools. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1952-60 in Korea.
He worked for his father at the former Wille Plumbing and Heating and worked 30 years at Atlas Plastics, retiring in 1996. Wille was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and Altenthal-Joerns American Legion Post 158 in Jackson and VFW Post 3838 in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Jeff and Todd Wille of Jackson; and a brother, Robert "Red" Clifton of Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
