JACKSON, Mo. -- Norman William Fluegge, 81, died Thursday, May 10, 2001, at the Festus Nursing Center in Festus, Mo.
He was born Nov. 15, 1919, in Cape Girardeau, son of Martin C. and Alma C. Macke Fluegge.
He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Festus.
Survivors include a son, Clinton Fluegge of Imperial, Mo.; a daughter, Barbara Carter of Festus; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son.
Friends may call from 3-8 p.m. today at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Virgil Kelm officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
