ANNA, Ill. -- Norman F. "Chick" Cauble, 85, of Tamms, Ill. died Monday, Dec. 9, 1991 at the City Care Center in Anna.
He was born Dec. 11, 1905 at Elco, Ill. to Ben and Lucy Wareing Cauble.
He married Florence Baldwin on Dec. 21, 1928. She survives.
He was a member of the Elco Methodist Church. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Pulaski-Alexander Farm Bureau.
Other survivors include: two sons, Lee Cauble of Tamms and Ben Cauble of Jonesboro; two sisters, Elsie Dillow of Jonesboro and Ruth Basilio of Chicago; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Friends may call at the Crain Funeral Home in Tamms from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, and after 10 a.m. Thursday at the Elco Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Elco Methodist Church with the Rev. Tom Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in the St. John's Cemetery.
