Funeral service for Norman E. Riege of Odell, Ore., formerly of Cape Girardeau, was held Nov. 23 at Anderson Funeral Home in Hood River, Ore. The Rev. Jerald Benedict officiated, with burial in Hood River County Cemetery.
Riege, 58, died Wednesday, Nov. 17, 1993, at his home.
He was born Aug. 8, 1935, in Brownlee, Wis., son of John C. and Edna E. Obenchain Riege.
While in Cape Girardeau he worked at the former Friendly Cafe and John Meyer Construction. He was employed many years by Diamond Fruit Growers in Pine Grove, Ore.
Survivors include two sisters, Wilma Skelton of Cape Girardeau, and Darlene Etter of Portland, Ore.
He was preceded in death by a brother.
