PERRYVILLE -- Norma Anna Bodenschatz, 87, of Perryville, died Monday, Feb. 12, 1996, at Memorial Hospital in Chester, Ill.
She was born Sept. 4, 1908, in Friedheim, daughter of Henry and Pauline Hanp Isenberg. She and Oscar E. Bodenschatz were married Sept. 5, 1926. He died March 21, 1995.
Bodenschatz had been a waitress, and had worked at Intersection Restaurant and Perry Cafe in Perryville, and Royal Restaurant in Chester. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Kaempfe of Chester; four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters and a sister.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. Thursday, and Friday from 6:30-8:30 a.m.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Immanuel Church. The Rev. Jeffrey Lloyd will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.
