Nollie G. Moore Sr., 62, of Pocahontas passed away Friday, Dec. 16, 2011, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Sept. 26, 1949, in Cape Girardeau to Fred A. and Patricia F. Diamond Moore. He and Rhonda K. Riehn were married April 13, 1968, at the former Neelys Mission in Neelys Landing.
Nollie was a self-employed mechanic, a lifelong tractor enthusiast and a member of Egypt Mills Tractor Club.
Survivors include his loving wife of 43 years, Rhonda of Pocahontas; six children, Nollie (Julia) Moore Jr. of Columbia, Mo., Randy Moore and Bobbie "Sis" (Eric) Cathcart of Jackson, Fred (Brittney) Moore and Jeanna Moore (Don Ruch) of Oak Ridge, Sarah (Matt) Preusser of Friedheim; 13 grandchildren, Logan and Carter Moore, Lauren Hazelwood and Leigh Ann Moore, Tyler Cathcart, Ashley Foster, Colby Cathcart, Zack, Isaak and Luke Moore, Bayley Tyler, Holly Brown, Maddie Jo Preusser; and six great-grandchildren, Audrey, Anna and Ava Jo Cathcart, Jaxon and Dalton Foster and Tayton Cathcart.
Also surviving are 12 siblings, Theda Johnson of Jackson, Harold Moore, Janet Seib and Timothy Moore of Cape Girardeau, Harry Moore of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., Fred Moore of Egypt Mills, Mo., John Moore, Tom Moore and Tony Moore of Oak Ridge, Pamela Powless and Francis Leimer of Jackson, Edith Kagy of Washington, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the chapel of McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Luther Rhodes officiating.
Interment is private.
