GRASSY, Mo.-- Noah F. Kirkpatrick, 92, of Grassy died Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2007, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Oct. 22, 1914, at Grassy, son of Charles M. and Mary E. Hill Kirkpatrick. He and Nona V. Barrett were married June 26, 1937. She died April 9, 2001.
Kirkpatrick was a retired timber and sawmill owner/operator. He was a member of Grassy Friendship General Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Larry Kirkpatrick of Cedar Hill, Mo.; two daughters, Gloria Cain of Palm Harbor, Fla., Brenda Long of Glenallen, Mo.; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by an infant son, four brothers, four sisters and an infant grandchild.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Mo., and after 10 a.m. Saturday at Grassy Friendship General Baptist Church.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Gene Robbins officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
