ANNA, Ill. -- Nichole Amber Hammack-Webster, 15 months, of Anna, died Friday, Dec. 10, 1993, at Union County Hospital. She was born Aug. 21, 1992, in Elgin, daughter of Rick and Cherry Hammack Webster of Anna. ANNA, Ill. -- Nichole Amber Hammack-Webster, 15 months, of Anna, died Friday, Dec. 10, 1993, at Union County Hospital.

She was born Aug. 21, 1992, in Elgin, daughter of Rick and Cherry Hammack Webster of Anna.

Survivors include her parents; a sister, Lisa Hammack of Elgin; a half brother, Justin Webster of Murphysboro; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jess Hammack of Anna; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Henderson of Villa Ridge, and paternal great-grandmother, Agnes Wilson of Mounds.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Crain Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. Charles Mitchell will officiate, with burial in Anna Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. today.
