Nicholas Lloyd Bohnert, 15 days, of Crawfordsville, Ark., died Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2003, at Regional Medical Center in Memphis, Tenn. He was born Sept. 30, 2003, in Memphis, son of Kevin and Dona Bohnert. Nicholas Lloyd Bohnert, 15 days, of Crawfordsville, Ark., died Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2003, at Regional Medical Center in Memphis, Tenn.

Survivors include his parents of Crawfordsville; a brother, Logan Bohnert of the home; grandparents, Lloyd and Shirley Bohnert of Cape Girardeau, and Hilda Hajek of Tuscaloosa, Ala.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Ark.

Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis, Ark., is in charge of arrangements.
