Neta Celia Heins, 80, 1437 Howell, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 1997, at the Lutheran Home.
She was born Dec. 4, 1916, at Lake Village, Ind., daughter of Ignace and Mary Lecuyen Monet. She and Gilbert Heins were married May 8, 1937, in Chicago.
The Heins lived in San Jose, Calif., 16 years; 10 years each in Mountain Home and Rogers, Ark., moving to Cape Girardeau in 1990. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Chapel.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Terry Heins of East Cape Girardeau, Ill.; and a brother, Edward Monet of Tonto Basin, Ariz.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Barry Pfanstiel officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
