Nellie Marie Jacobs, 80, of 439 S. Spring, died Friday, July 1, 1994 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born in Hornbeak, Tenn., on Jan. 14, 1914, to Frank M. and Sarah Pecolia Lovett Morton.
On Nov. 2, 1946, she married Paul L. Jacobs at Paducah, Ky. He preceded her in death on Oct. 10, 1977.
Survivors include three sisters, Helen Byers and Sarah Frohmann, both of St. Louis, and Mildred Markee of Davenport, Fla.
She was preceded in death by four brothers.
Jacobs was a housewife, a member of St. Mary's Cathedral Church, and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary in Cape Girardeau.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel with Msgr. Richard Rolwing officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery.
