NELLIE M. BRYANT

MOREHOUSE -- Nellie Marie Bryant, 76, of Morehouse, died Friday, Dec. 16, 1994, at Sells Nursing Home in Matthews.

She was born May 20, 1918, in East Prairie, daughter of Charles and Algie Mae Carter Presson. She and Mercer Carmack Bryant were married Dec. 5, 1936. He died Nov. 6, 1964.

Bryant was a member of Oneness Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include a son, Bruce Bryant of Sikeston; a daughter, Yvoin Dock of Sikeston; a brother, Jerome Presson of Sikeston; two sisters, Dorothy Williams and Ruby Adams of East Prairie; three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Morehouse after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Billie Butler officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston.
