NELL QUARLES

Nell V. Quarles, 85, of Webster Groves, died Tuesday, Sept. 15, 1998, at St. Mary's Health Center in Richmond Heights.

She was born Jan. 1, 1913, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Williamson Howard and Nell Vogelsanger Quarles.

Quarles was a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She was a member of Monday Club of Webster Groves, College Club, St. Louis Study Club, and Pattonville Retired Teachers Association.

Survivors include a brother-in-law, Dennis Miller of Webster Groves.

Private service was held at Gerber Chapel in Webster Groves. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery at Kirkwood.
