JACKSON -- Nelder L. Klob, 94, of Jackson died Sunday, Nov. 24, 1996, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Jan. 9, 1902, in Sedgewickville, daughter of Francis and Mollie Robinson Crites. She and Firman Klob were married Sept. 14, 1925. He died Oct. 16, 1988.
Klob worked at the former Absogood Plant during World War II, and also worked at International Shoe Co. and was manager of the former Dairy Bar, all in Jackson. She was a former 4-H leader.
Survivors include a son, Linville Klob of Jackson; three sisters, Lona McFerron of Modesto, Calif., Narva Higdon of Rogersville, Gertrude Froemsdorf of McClure, Ill.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, two brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. John Ferguson officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
