JACKSON -- Natalie Houk, 89, of Jackson, died Sunday, June 13, 1993, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born June 8, 1904, at Millersville, daughter of Joseph F. and Effie Miller Houk. She lived all her life in the Millersville and Jackson areas.
Houk was a graduate of Central High School and Southeast Missouri State University. She taught 42 years in schools at Cape Girardeau, Ironton, Millersville and Sedgewickville, retiring in 1972. She was a member of Millersville United Methodist Church and its United Methodist Women.
Survivors include a sister, Rhoda Rieman of Jackson.
She was preceded in death by three sisters and a brother.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Fred Rister will officiate, with burial in Russell Heights Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. today.
