TAMMS, Ill. -- Nancy A. Timmons, 61, of Tamms Route 1 died Friday, March 30, 2001, at the home of a daughter.
She was born Oct. 17, 1939, in Muncie, Ind., daughter of Lee and Hazel W. Malone New.
Timmons retired as a truck driver with Jerry Lipps Truck Service of Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include two daughters, Jenny Betts of Tamms, Mandy Timmons of Cobden, Ill.; her father of Indianapolis, Ind.; four brothers, Larry New of Muncie, Clyde New of Bryant, Ind., Charlie New of Exeter, Pa., Johnny New of Alto Pass, Ill.; two sisters, Patricia Williams of Annapolis, Mo., Ginger Ballance of Cobden; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Jones Funeral Home in Tamms from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Cobden Cemetery at Cobden.
