Nancy L. Boren, 84, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, April 15, 2022 at her home.
She was born Feb. 27, 1938, in Cape Girardeau to Joe and Letha Dawson Mandrelle. She and Raymond V. Boren were married Nov. 2, 1957, at Trinity Lutheran Church.
She was an avid bowler, golfer and bingo and bridge player.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond V. Boren of Cape Girardeau; son, Vince (Angie) Boren; two daughters, Jill Baker and Rhonda (Chris) Mirgeaux; sister, JoAnn Drum; brother, Jack (Cleta) Mandrelle; eight grandchildren, Tara McKinley, Kaleigh Graff, Macie Walker, Race Baker, R.V. Boren, Shanda Boren, Kailen Boren and Camren Mirgeaux; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Larry Dawson and Clarence "Hank" Mandrelle; son-in-law, Terry Baker; and a brother-in-Law, Larry Drum.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating. Entombment will be at Cape County Memorial Park Mausoleum in Cape Girardeau.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
