EAST PRAIRIE -- Funeral service for Nana Belle Cave of East Prairie will be held at 2 p.m. today at Shelby Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Mickey Deal will officiate, with burial in Dogwood Cemetery.
Cave, 84, died Wednesday, May 6, 1992, at East Prairie Nursing Center, following an extended illness.
She was born Jan. 25, 1908, in Portageville, daughter of Emerson and Nannie Adams Jackson. She married Thomas J. Cave March 13, 1926. He died Dec. 2, 1979.

Survivors include a son, Buddy Cave of Madison, Tenn.; a daughter, Delores Gilchrist of St. Louis; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, five sisters and two brothers.
