Funeral for Myrtle A. Reeves, 95, of Cape Girardeau will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Donnell-Wiegand Funeral Home in Greenville, Ill. The Rev. James G. Caughlan will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Auburn Cemetery in Greenville.
Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Reeves died Sunday, Jan. 23, 2000, at Chateau Girardeau.
She was born March 20, 1904, at Hookdale, Ill., daughter of George Henry and Anna Serra Becker Mansholt. She and Carroll Luther Reeves were married Sept. 18, 1926. He died July 9, 1981.
Reeves was raised in Hookdale and attended country schools there. She moved to Cape Girardeau in 1980 from Greenville. She was a member of Evangelical United Church of Christ.

SIKESTON -- Funeral for Kathy Ruth Kearbey of Sikeston will be held at 2 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Caston Countz will officiate. Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery.
Friends may call at the chapel after 11 a.m.
Kearbey, 46, died Saturday, Jan. 22, 2000, at St. Louis University Hospital.
She was born Jan. 7, 1954, in New Madrid, daughter of Elmer Russell and Nannie Camille Lands Chadd. She and Thomas Kearbey were married in 1974 in Sikeston.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Michele Ledbetter and Pamela Kearbey of Sikeston; five brothers, Thomas Chadd of Lilbourn, James and Jerry Chadd of St. Charles, John and Jimmie Chadd of Sikeston; four sisters, Joan Gardner, Doris Skelton and Glenda Chadd of Sikeston, Wanda Kennedy of Matthews; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers.
