SIKESTON, Mo. -- Myra Propst, 84, of Sikeston died Friday, May 10, 2002, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
She was born Oct. 14, 1917, in Morley, Mo., daughter of Robert and Lillie Bynum Minner. She and Lanus Propst were married Sept. 21, 1933. He died Jan. 7, 2000.
She was a member of the First Christian Church, co-owner of Propst Mobile Home Sales and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include one son, Robert Propst of Sikeston; one daughter, Myra Myers of Sikeston; one sister, Valree Alsobrook of New Madrid, Mo.; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and one daughter.
Friends may call at Ponder Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. today. Eastern Star rites will be at 7:30 p.m.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Allen Schriver officiating. Burial will be in the Old Morley Cemetery.
