Myra Griffith

Myra Lea Griffith, 64, of Cape Girardeau passed away Monday, May 25, 2020, at The Lutheran Home.

She was born June 21, 1955, in St. Louis to the late Charles Edward and Wilda Claire Wood Griffith. She and Barry Polston were married Aug. 1, 1974. He passed away Feb. 1, 2011.

Myra worked in the computer lab at Shawnee Community College. She was a member of Episcopal Church of the Redeemer in Cairo, Illinois.

Survivors include a daughter, Krista Seabaugh of Jackson; grandchildren, Abigail Miley and Maci Jo; and significant other, Joe Jackson of Cairo.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at Episcopal Church of the Redeemer.
