MURRELL KIRKPATRICK

MARBLE HILL -- Murrell Kirkpatrick, 84, of Marble Hill died Wednesday, Nov. 13, 1996, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born July 17, 1912, near Marble Hill, son of Ollie Ray and Ida May McPherson Kirkpatrick. He and Idell Baker were married July 18, 1934, at Marble Hill.

Kirkpatrick was a retired public school teacher. He was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Sandra Cornman of Glen Allen; two brothers, Hadley and Oliver Kirkpatrick of Marble Hill; a sister, Mae German of Delta, Colo.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother and sister.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. James Adair officiating. Burial will be in Baker Cemetery.
