Muriel LaMadrid, 68, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at her home. She was born Sept. 26, 1944, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Frances and Millicent Esper Woods. Survivors include two daughters, Laura Cox and Rachael Zazzetti; two siblings, Madeline Gieselman and Francis (Mark) Woods; two grandchildren, Macey Hardenbrook and Timmy Ray Jones Jr.; two great-granddaughters, Karina and Daisha Garcia; and a great number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives...

Muriel LaMadrid, 68, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at her home.

She was born Sept. 26, 1944, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Frances and Millicent Esper Woods.

She will be deeply and sorely missed. She now is truly walking with God.

As per her wishes, Muriel has donated her body to science to further education.
