JACKSON -- Muriel E. Cole, 82, of Cherokee Village, Ark., died Friday, Feb. 14, 1992, at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Ark. She was born Nov. 13, 1909, at Advance. She married Harry R. Cole May 11, 1986, at Cherokee Village. Cole owned and operated Coal and Fuel Co. in Jackson until retiring. JACKSON -- Muriel E. Cole, 82, of Cherokee Village, Ark., died Friday, Feb. 14, 1992, at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Ark.

She was born Nov. 13, 1909, at Advance. She married Harry R. Cole May 11, 1986, at Cherokee Village.

Cole owned and operated Coal and Fuel Co. in Jackson until retiring. She had lived in Arkansas 25 years, and was a member of Spring River Presbyterian Church in Hardy.

Survivors include her husband; a sister, Grace Seles of Romeo, Mich.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Spring River Church. The Rev. Vernon Forsberg will officiate.

Tri-County Funeral Home in Hardy is in charge of arrangements.
