O'FALLON, Mo. -- Molly Ann Thomas, 87, peacefully passed away at Delmar Gardens of O'Fallon Nursing Home Saturday, Aug. 6, 2022.
She was born to the late Faye and Barney Edwards Oct. 11, 1934, in Kennett, Missouri. She married the late Dwight Thomas in 1950, and they divorced in 1985.
Molly is survived by three children, Farley Thomas of California and Clay Thomas and Lisa Clement, both of Missouri. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Rebecca Thomas, Cole Clement and Tara Clement; sister, Janice Kizer of Tennessee; and brother, Rusty Roe of Texas, as well.
Molly was retired from Famous Barr. She was always proud of her job and loved helping her customers. She was a member of the Jackson Church of Christ and loved her church family. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved music, but was especially fond of Elvis Presley. She was a strong, classy, gracious woman who will be dearly missed.
Funeral will be at noon Wednesday at Ford and Sons Funeral Home on Mount Auburn Road. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Molly's grandchildren, Cole and Tara Clement.
