MINNIE C. PINGEL

PERRYVILLE -- Minnie C. Pingel, 86, of Perryville, died Sunday, Jan. 26, 1992, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

She was born June 29, 1905, in Perry County, daughter of Joseph and Suzanna Buerck Zoellner. She married Frank Pingel, who preceded her in death.

Pingel was a member of St. Vincent's Church and its Ladies Sodality and Ladies of Charity.

Survivors include three daughters, Cleora Blair and Virginia Winschel of Perryville, Jeanette Meyer of St. Louis; two sons, James Pingel of Manchester, Alan Pingel of Perryville; a sister, Anna Ernst of Biehle; 19 grandchildren, and 34 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, five brothers and two sisters.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Vincent's Church. The Rev. Charles Herbst will officiate, with burial in St. Maurus Cemetery at Biehle.

Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. today. A wake service is at 7.
