JACKSON -- Minnie A. Tindall, 90, of Jackson, died Monday, April 11, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Jan. 2, 1904, in Dutchtown, daughter of John and Minnie Bethe Schwab. She and Dr. Albert Tindall were married Dec. 29, 1936, in Jackson. He died Jan. 19, 1984.
Tindall had been a long distance operator with Southwestern Bell Telephone in Cape Girardeau for 12 years. She was a member of Emanuel United Church of Christ and its Women's Fellowship, member and past president of its Friendship Circle, had been a Sunday School teacher and superintendent of the nursery more than 10 years. She had also been a Girl Scout leader.
Survivors include a son, Albert "Bud" Tindall of Potosi; a daughter, Carole Schuch of Santa Rosa, Calif.; two sisters, Hannah Cowger of Florissant, Juanita Schwab of Cape Girardeau, and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Sam Roethemeyer officiating. Burial will be in Jackson City Cemetery.
