JACKSON -- Funeral service for Milton H. Frentzel of Bridgeton, formerly of Jackson, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Sam Roethemeyer will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.
Frentzel, 68 years old, died Monday, May 27, 1991, at DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton.
He was born June 29, 1922, in Perry County, son of Charles A. and Dorothy E. Bock Frentzel. He and the former Mary Gohn were married Aug. 23, 1947.
Frentzel was employed by Ford Motor Co. many years, retiring in 1980. He was a member of United Auto Workers 325. Frentzel served in the U.S. Navy Seabees during World War II.
Survivors include his wife; a brother, Charles Frentzel of Port Huron, Mich.; four nieces and nephews; six great-nieces and nephews, and a great-great-nephew.
A sister, Aline Statler, died in 1987.
