FREEDOM -- Milton Clarence Hemmann, 75, of Freedom, died Monday, Dec. 11, 1995, at St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City.
He was born July 27, 1920, at Old Appleton, son of Benjamin C. and Hulda Elizabeth Frede Hemmann. He and Anita Niewald were married May 24, 1952, in St. Louis.
Hemmann retired from Concordia Publishing House in St. Louis, where he worked 36 years. He was a member of Pilgrim Lutheran Church at Freedom and Lutheran Laymen's League.
Survivors include his wife; two brothers, Harold Hemmann of Frohna, Gilmer Hemmann of Uniontown; three sisters, Helen Weber, Doris Stueve and Alice Hacker, all of Perryville.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville from 5-9 p.m. Friday, and Saturday from 6:30-9:15 a.m.
Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Grace Lutheran Church Cemetery in Uniontown, with the Rev. Paul Winningham officiating.
