Millicent M. Dean, 82, of 1242 Sailer Circle died Saturday, Nov. 26, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 6, 1912, at Jackson, the daughter of Herman and Rilla Norman Mueller. On Oct. 6, 1931, she married James R. Dean, who survives of the home.

She and her husband owned and operated the Pure Ice Co. in Cape Girardeau for many years. She also taught private piano lessons for over 35 years. She was a member of the FY Chapter of PEO and the First Presbyterian Church in Cape Girardeau.

Other survivors include two daughters, Barbara Timmons of St. Charles and Millicent Ann Dean of Cape Girardeau.

There will be no visitation. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Presbyterian Church in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Charles Dryer will officiate, and burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau.
