Millard Baysinger Price, 79, of Cape Girardeau, died Friday, Aug. 9, 1996, at Heartland Care and Rehab Center.
He was born Oct. 23, 1916, in Grand Tower, Ill., son of Richard and Elizabeth Price.
Price had been a butcher at the former Central Packing Co.
Survivors include five sons, Carl Price of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Michael and Brian Price of Cape Girardeau, Ronnie Price of Lawndale, Calif., Mark Price of Sikeston; two daughters, Linda Ward of Benton, Ky., Sharon Simon of Jackson; three brothers, Woodrow, Richard and Dennis Price, all of Cape Girardeau; nine grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, three brothers and four sisters.
A private memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
