Mildred Marie Stephens, 92, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Sept. 7, 2015, at Heartland Care and Rehab Center.
She was born Jan. 30, 1923, in Bell City, Missouri, to Jake and Addie Mae Goff Flowers.
She and Walter Lee Stephens were married April 26, 1941, in Bloomfield, Missouri. He passed away Sept. 17, 1993.
Mildred worked for Superior Electric Company for 29 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Hall of Cape Girardeau; three grandchildren, Kathleen Sample, Kimberly Sample and Tyler Sample, all of Cape Girardeau; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters and two brothers.
Private graveside service will be at Fairmont Cemetery in Cape Girardeau, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating.
