JACKSON -- Mildred Pourney Seabaugh, 76, of Jackson died Tuesday, Dec. 31, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born July 20, 1923, in Cape Girardeau County, daughter of Marion and Addie Dickman Myers.
Seabaugh had worked at Courtesy Dry Cleaners in Cape Girardeau and at Lenco in Jackson. She was a member of Jackson Lady Elks, American Legion Auxiliary and VFW Auxiliary.
Survivors include two sons, Leroy and Terry Pourney of Jackson; two sisters, Ethel Kurre of Friedheim, Virgie Jenkins of Kansas City; two brothers, Henry Myers of Daisy, Willard Myers of Jackson; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4-8 p.m. today, and Friday after 8:30 a.m.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Grant Gillard officiating. Burial will be in Zion Methodist Church Cemetery at Old Appleton.
